What can i expect in a session?

The session will be 45min - 1hr long. We always start with our main lifts then move into other full body exercises. We will finish the sessions with accessory exercises & core work! 

You can expect to use dumbbells, the barbell, resistance bands, TRX straps & many more pieces of equipment. 

What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

I would recommend having mini bands and resistance bands. There are so many great exercises, stretches, and mobility work that can be done with resistance bands. I would also have a pair of dumbbells' fit for your weight that can used as a progression! Lastly, I would invest in a yoga mat to have for performing movements on the ground!

How are you different from a regular gym trainer?

I create tailored programs specific to each clients needs. I hold clients accountable and make sure they are achieving the goals we set in the beginning. I also encourage lifestyle changes versus temporary changes that you won't take into your everyday life. I always strive for clients to leave a training session feeling accomplished & happy.
